CANCELATION POLICY
July & August
Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival, no refund less than 30 days cancellation.
Other months
Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% refund less than 15 days and no refund less than 15 days cancellation.
CLEANING FEES
200 Euros will be charged for cleaning fees, payable in advance with the reservation or in cash upon arrival.
DEPOSIT
A security deposit of EUR 1000 is required at the time of reservation for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable (within 7 days) subject to departure inventory.
HOUSE RULES
Smoking inside the house is not allowed as well as loud events after midnight (local laws). Pet are allowed upon request.
