Welcome Basket with Local Specialties

Local wine, Hvar olive oil and other specialties from Dalmatia will await you at your arrival.

Fresh Bread and Orange Juice Daily

We will deliver every morning a mix of fresh bread and fresh squeezed organic orange juice to the Villa.

Change of Bed Linen and Towels

Once a week, bed linen and towels will be changed. Additional changes can be arranged upon request at extra cost.

Outdoor Swimming Pool

Swimming pool of 9mx4m surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas. We supply towels for the pool, but they are not to be taken out of the property (i.e. beach). Any loss of towel or damage will be covered by your deposit.

Fully Equipped Gourmet Kitchen

American kitchen, with fridge and separate freezer, oven, induction hobs, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, full set of tableware and kitchen utensils. (capsules for the Nespresso machine are at extra cost and should be ordered in advance).

Free Parking

Secure free parking on the property for several cars, outside the gated garden of La Villa.

Free Wifi and Smart TV

Wifi is available throughout the property. There is a smart TV in the living room. You can access your own Netflix or any other accounts. JLB Bluetooth sound system is also available. Plugs adapters and USB plugs are in all bedrooms and kitchen.

600 sqm Garden

600 sqm. of garden around the house with 3 separate areas: sitting area by the pool, terrace on the first floor by the dining and kitchen area, accessible from the garden, and outdoor dining area.

Outdoor BBQ and Kitchen

It is equipped with fridge, sink, BBQ and special unbreakable tableware for the pool area. The outdoor kitchen seats comfortably 10 persons.

Arranging Activities

We will be happy to help you organise any activities such as sailing, paddling, diving, fishing, biking, etc….. We can also assist you with airport transfers, car rental, restaurant bookings, etc…...Please do not wait until you arrive to book. Indeed, in high season, service providers may be fully booked.

Baby Care

We provide 1 high chair and 1 foldable baby cot. For additional items, please let us know in advance.

Extra Services

We can organise for you (at an extra cost) any of your preferred Breakfast, Barbecue, Local Tapas as well as a Private Chef, Daily Housekeeping and Pre-Groceries Shopping (in case of allergies or special request, please let us know in advance).
